Under Oklahoma law (Title 2, Section 5-16), an agritourism professional is not liable for injury, damage, or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities.

Inherent risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Animal behavior

• Uneven terrain or natural outdoor conditions

• Farm equipment or structures

• Weather and environmental conditions

accept these inherent risks.
