Party Package

Birthday parties include 2 1/2 hours of farm fun, with a hayride*, visits with our farm animals, and time for the celebration for 15 children, with the option to add up to 5 additional children for $5/child. Each child gets free feed for the animals.

​Families supply decorations, utensils, plates, cups, food and cake. We set up and take down picnic tables and canopy tents.

Booking Information

Birthday parties are available on select weekends and seasonal holidays. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during the spring and fall busy seasons.

At Wandering Trail Farms, birthdays aren't rushed or crowded. Kids get space to be kids, parents get a relaxed environment, and everyone leaves with great memories (and usually great photos!).

Ranger is our newest guy here at the farm. He has a wonderful personality and fits in just perfectly with our goat family!  He has beautiful markings and has two different color horns and blue eyes and is popular with the girls.

FAQ's

Farm Safety Guidelines

At Wandering Trail Farms, the safety of our guests, animals, and staff is our top priority. As a working farm, we ask that all party guests to follow posted rules and staff instructions at all times.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

  • Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommeded

  • Please walk (no running) in the animal and barn areas

  • Only feed animals when instructed by farm staff

  • Hand washing or sanitizing is encouraged after animal interaction

  • Certain areas of the farm may be restricted for safety​​

Is there a maximum number of kids that can attend?

The package includes 15 kids and you can add up to 5 additional kids for $5 each. Please reach out to us if you need to add additional kids.

​

What ages are counted as kids?

Anyone older than 12 months and younger than 16 year old.

​

Can we bring our own food?

Yes! We do not have any food limitations.

​

How early can we come to set up?

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time, but if we have back to back parties you might need to wait a few minutes to start setting up.

 

Where should I tell my guests to park?

Please pull into the driveway at the front of the property and farm staff will assist you in where to park.

Can parents drop their children off at my party?

We welcome people of all ages here at the farm, and require a minimum of 4 adults per 10 kids be at the party. This is to ensure the safety of the children as well as our animals here at the farm.

What if we need to reschedule?

With illness and weather being very unpredictable, we are flexible with rescheduling if needed.

​

Do you have indoor space available for parties?

At this time we do not have an indoor space, but will be adding one in the future.

​

Do you allow balloons or confetti?

We do not allow confetti, as it is not safe for our animals. At this time, we do allow balloons as long as they are either part of a balloon arch or securely tied down.

Weather Policy

Farm parties are held outdoors or in open-air farm structures. 

​

  • Parties will be held rain or shine when conditions are safe

  • In case of severe weather (lighting, dangerous winds, ice, etc) parties may be:

    • Delayed​

    • Modified (example: adjusted hay ride timing)

    • Rescheduled based on availability

 

If rescheduling is necessary due to unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to find the next available date. 

Hay Ride Safety

  • All riders must remain seated during hay rides

  • Children must stay seated and supervised

  • No standing, horseplay, or climbing on equipment

  • Hay rides may be delayed or canceled due to weather or ground conditions for guest safety

Liability Acknowledgment

All party hosts and guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in farm activities, including hay rides and animal interaction areas.

Oklahoma Agritourism Notice

​

Under Oklahoma law (Title 2, Section 5-16), an agritourism professional is not liable for injury, damage, or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities.

​

Inherent risks may include, but are not limited to:

​

  • Animal behavior

  • Uneven terrain or natural outdoor conditions

  • Farm equipment or structures

  • Weather and environmental conditions

​

By participating in activities at Wandering Trail Farms, guests acknowledge and

accept these inherent risks.
